Why do hormones matter?
Hormonal balance is one of the main pillars of longevity because optimal hormone function keeps metabolism efficient, inflammation low, cognition sharp, muscles strong, bones resilient and cellular repair active.
When hormones are imbalanced, whether due to stress, ageing, inflammation, nutrient deficiencies, genetics or environmental factors, the physiology shifts away from repair, vitality and long-term health.
So I evaluate and support your thyroid, adrenals, insulin/glucose and sex hormones to ensure they are working in harmony, especially if stress levels are high, fertility is a concern, you are in perimenopause or menopause, you find it hard to maintain your ideal weight or you have issues with your thyroid or blood sugar.
